Our automated website client functions allow Buyers to register with you and will enable them to use a menu of services to view active listings, schedule appointments, purchase a home warranty, and much much more.

 It's all about the leads ... At Nest Quest, we understand how important leads are to the success of all real estate professionals. That is why we use the most technologically advanced, user friendly, and effective lead capture, management, and marketing tools in the industry. By equipping our agents with the proper tools to acquire new leads, effectively manage and follow up with those leads, and market themselves to new and existing clients, we are ensuring their success, and ours as a brokerage. As an agent for Nest Quest, you will have the same tools that have made us an industry leader, right at your fingertips.
  Commission ... At Nest Quest, we understand how important to be competitive. You can charge clients whatever commission rate you want. No minimum commission required. Agents are free to negotiate whatever commissions they feel appropriate.
 
Transaction Support ...Well-trained support staff enter your listing and selling information into the MLS and websites for you, answer all of your questions and are available during business hours to assist you with your real estate needs.

Errors and Omissions Insurance We keep detailed files on every transaction. We go over all files to insure that there are no missing signatures, initials, or documents. In the event of any errors we immediately notify you and bring it to your attention so you can correct the problem.

Fax all documents We do not unnecessarily inconvenience our agents. You could fax us, or email us everything (listing agreements, contracts, etc.).

Forms when you join us we will give you many tools and resources, including: forms, logos, Power-Point listing presentations, MLS forms, and much more. You can have any document, and any form on your own computer, and print it whenever you need it.

No Franchise Fees ... At Nest Quest There are no franchise fees. Period.

HUD – We are a HUD approved brokerage company and several of our agents are active in the Foreclosure and the REO markets.
