100% commission For $49 monthly fee, and we subtract $175 transaction fee from every closing you have. There is no minimum volume, or transaction size required. (See Table1)
In the event you do not want to pay the monthly fee, Nest Quest also offers a commission split program where agents receive 80% commission plus retirement benefit.
80% commission + Retirement Plan You can create your retirement simply by assisting our management in the recruiting process. Each associate that you directly sponsor into the company means more money for you and your family now and later. We will pay you a bonus equivalent to 5% of the gross commissions of every associate you directly sponsor with no monthly fee or training responsibility . . . (See our 5 year retirement plan chart)
