What you need to do to become a Real Estate agent

I am pleased to know of your interest in becoming a real estate agent, and wish to assist you in getting started on your journey into an exciting new career. In order to become a licensed real estate agent, you must fulfill the following requirements:

Completion of Pre-licensing Courses

Before taking the licensing exam, you are required to take a specific amount of pre-licensing instruction and classroom hours that cover the basic principles of the real estate industry. The pre-licensing course requirements to obtain your agent license vary state by state, as do classroom hour requirements. Successful completion of the Licensing Exam

In order to become a real estate agent you are required to pass the state licensing exam. Click here

Place your license with us

As your Real Estate Broker, we will equip you with the tools and knowledge that will help you get started in your new profession. By placing your license with us, we will assist you in obtaining the necessary experience to become a successful real estate agent.

Join your Local Association of REALTORS®

Joining your local Association of Realtors directly associates you with the National Association of Realtors®. Becoming a Realtor® indicates that you are a real estate professional bound to a strict code of ethics and professionalism, two very important qualities in the real estate industry. This designation reflects highly upon you when prospective buyers are looking for someone they can trust to help them find a home.
